Tanya Moximchalk is an accomplished executive and nonprofit leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning human resources, product marketing, customer experience, risk management, innovation, and governance.

She began her career in human resources before moving into product marketing with Bay Valley Foods, a leading private-label food manufacturer, and customer experience with Direct Energy Business, a major energy retailer. She later spent 11 years as a Vice President at PNC Financial Services, where she held a series of leadership roles. Her work included leading talent and communications for risk management and establishing the chief of staff function across both personal and student lending as well as enterprise innovation.

Most recently, Tanya served at IMA Financial Services in Harrison, New York, where she built the organization’s chief of staff function. She also served as Advisory Board Relations Manager for The Salvation Army of Greater New York, further deepening her experience in board engagement, stakeholder relations, and mission-driven leadership.

Tanya brings meaningful nonprofit governance experience. She currently serves as a Trustee of Seton Hill University, her alma mater.

Her prior board and leadership service includes roles with Volunteer New York!; Shana Simmons Dance, where she served as Secretary; The Salvation Army of Southwestern Pennsylvania, where she chaired the Nominating Committee; and WQED, where she served on the Community Advisory Board.

Dedicated to mentoring young women, Tanya is in her fourth year volunteering with Her Honor Mentoring, a Westchester-based organization that pairs professional women with first-generation, college-bound students from families with limited financial resources.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hill University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Originally from southwestern Pennsylvania, Tanya relocated to Westchester County in 2022 and lives in Sleepy Hollow with her husband, Carl Melella.
