Thursday, May 16—Dress Rehearsal at Chappaqua Performing Arts Center. Dancers arrive by 3:00 pm. Expected dismissal time: 7:00 pm.
Friday, May 17—8:30 am Dancers arrive. 10:30 am Performance (Peter and the Wolf, Vivaldi, Polonaise, Tales of Vienna, ballet Q&A/demo, NO Sleeping Beauty)
Saturday, May 18—12:00 pm Dancers arrive. 2:00 pm Performance (Peter and the Wolf, Vivaldi, Polonaise, Tales of Vienna, ballet Q&A/demo, NO Sleeping Beauty)
Saturday, May 18 (Benefit Performance)—5:00 pm Dancers arrive. 7:00 pm Performance (Vivaldi, Polonaise, Sleeping Beauty, Etudes, NO Peter and the Wolf, NO Tales of Vienna, NO ballet Q&A/demo)
Thursday, May 23—Assembly Performance —Peter and the Wolf (on flat) Lecture Demonstration Grafflin School, Chappaqua
Performance times are 9:10 am and 10:05 am
Expected departure time from the Grafflin School: 11:30 am
Eligibility: Dancers currently cast in Peter and the Wolf and the Lecture Demonstration
