Board Vice President

Margaret has been an active WBC volunteer for more than a decade and joined the Board of Directors in 2020.  She has served as the Vice President since 2021 and currently chairs the Community Outreach Committee.  She is active on both the Finance and Governance Committees and works closely with the Company’s volunteer legal advisors (through the Pro Bono Partnership) to ensure that we are fulfilling the mission of our charter and complying with New York State nonprofit law.

In addition to her Board service, Margaret has been a longstanding supporter of WBC programs, and has been involved with costume production and a variety of backstage roles during performances.  Margaret initially volunteered as a Company parent; her daughter, Caroline, danced with the Company from 2009-2021.

Margaret is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in bioengineering. After working in the bio-medical industry, she directed her focus to raising her four children in Sleepy Hollow with her husband, Dave.  An avid gardener, dog lover, and cook, Margaret obtained a gardening certificate from The New York Botanical Garden in 2020 and started her own business, working part-time as a gardener in the local area.
