Joann joined the Board in 2020. She is a finance professional with a proven track record of creative problem-solving and change management. She provides strategic leadership direction on financial, operational, and administrative matters. Companies benefit from her diversified experience in financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, talent management, and leading cross-functional teams. Joann is the Board Treasurer and the Chair of the Finance Committee.

She is currently the Vice President, Finance, Sony Music Entertainment. Previously, she held similar finance-related roles at iHeartMedia, the International Trademark Association, and Boehringer Ingleheim.

Joann holds an MBA from Baruch College and a B.S. from CUNY City College, graduating magna cum laude. She resides in the Briarcliff Manor/Ossining area and is the mother of two girls, Lila and Naomi.
